When you want to allow someone to use your music and recordings/masters, you should be super clear on the terms on which you are granting the licence.
When answered and submitted, the following questions are designed to provide us with enough information to draft a music & master synch licence for you (i.e. an agreement in which you grant the rights to both musical works and sound recordings to be used in an audio-visual production). Synch licences can seem simple, but there are lots of layers and parameters to be considered in connection with such licences.
Submit the checklist below if you’d like us to help you put together a Music and Master Synch Agreement.
If you can’t answer certain questions, you’ll probably need legal advice, so just put ‘I don’t know’ or get in touch …we’re here to help!
